Facility Usage Requests must be made in order to utilize spaces for events and gatherings on Lexington City Schools properties and grounds. Pages 1 and 4 must be filled out and signed, then sent to jwoodyard@lexcs.org or brought into the Central Office located at 1010 Fair Street, Lexington, NC 27292.
