LCS has partnered with the McLaughlin Group to provide an important new benefit to all of our full-time and part-time employees and their immediate household members.  The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers free, confidential counseling services accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Professional counseling services are accessible via a phone call to (800) 633-3353.  Services are available for a wide range of issues/topics, including:

• work/life balance

• parenting

• stress

• anxiety/depression

• alcohol & drug use/abuse

• family relationships

• financial issues

• nonwork-related legal issues

• grief & loss

• elder care

Employees and immediate household members can receive up to three phone, face-to-face, or virtual sessions per issue for an unlimited number of issues.  If your situation requires additional services, the EAP can refer you to appropriate local providers that in most cases can be covered by your medical insurance.  If you need a professional hand, don't hesitate to reach out to the EAP.  All services are completely confidential in accordance with federal law governing EAP's.
