Student Artwork of Space Postcards

Students at Charles England Elementary recently reached for the stars—literally. As part of a unique STEM experience, our 3rd through 5th grade students created original postcards that were launched into outer space aboard the latest Blue Origin spaceflight. This exciting opportunity gave students the chance to connect science, art, and imagination in a way that was truly out of this world.

In an extraordinary honor, one Charles England student’s postcard was selected as one of only four nationwide to receive special recognition for her artwork. Her achievement will be formally recognized at school this week, and her work will be featured at the upcoming Arts Gala on Thursday, May 8.

This unforgettable experience was made possible through the creativity and dedication of Mrs. Moore, our STEM Teacher, who guided students through this innovative learning journey.

Stay tuned as we continue to celebrate our students’ success and showcase their artwork that traveled beyond Earth’s atmosphere!
