I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Assistant Principal at Southwest Elementary Global Academy.
This is my 16th year in education. I began my teaching career at an international school in Northern Japan. Since then, I have worked as a classroom teacher, reading coach, MTSS Coordinator, and Academic Dean. I hold two master’s degrees in education, and I am currently working on my Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner-Webb University. Go Bulldogs!
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and boating with my husband and two children. We moved to Lexington three years ago from Central Florida and we couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to learn and grow with the amazing students and staff at Southwest Elementary Global Academy.
